1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup home-made almond-hazelnut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
handful of fresh blueberries
partially blended frozen mangoes.
Some other ideas....
1. The night before serving (or eating), place chia seeds and non-dairy milk into a jar or bowl, along with your flavouring of choice (vanilla extract and ground cinnamon in this case).
2. The next morning garnish with fresh fruits. In this case I happened to have some frozen mangoes so I blended it in the Vitamix to soften it a bit.
This recipe is super-duper-easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy. Anything goes really. Use whatever fruits you'd like, and whichever non-dairy milk you'd like, and whatever flavouring you'd like. This is what I used for this one:
