1 C soaked cashews overnight
pinch sea salt
dried herbs or cracked pepper
You'll also need cheese cloth
1. Combine cashews, rejuvelac and sea salt in Vitamix, until really creamy and smooth.
2. Transfer into cheese cloth and let hang to strain for 12-24 hours. Move to fridge to harden some more.
3. Once solid, remove cheese cloth and shape into round form, and roll around in dried herbs and pepper.
4. Keep refrigerated!
